Continuous rendering mortar for walls, floors and ceilings

Modena is a rendering mortar for exterior and interior of natural air lime with graphene technology. Ideal in building, rehabilitation and restoration of historic buildings. Creates an entirely mineral and highly breathable support. Due to its technical properties, it can be treated as a continuous material allowing you to obtain the same finish on both vertical and horizontal surfaces.This product is served in bi-material format, having to mix it to obtain the final product.


Pigmentation available in 16 colours inspired by nature.


MAIN FEATURES

DRYING 24-48 h (between coats)
4 days (total drying)
7 days (pedestrian traffic)
APPLICATION TOOLS Preparation: mechanical mixer, bucket.
Application: trowel.
Finishing: trowel, finishing trowel.
SURFACES Usually applied on render. It can be applied to other surfaces with a correct preparation of the support: prefabricated panels, concrete, existing paint, tiles, etc.
